I am a PhD candidate in Sociology at the Graduate Center. I am writing my dissertation on public education and teacher unions in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles since 1960. I teach Sociology at Baruch College, Labor Studies at CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies, and Economics at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
